2. Description of Service

Double Sharp is an AI-powered music theory practice platform. We provide interactive exercises, progress tracking, and AI-generated explanations for keyboard players learning music theory.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

Free accounts have limited daily exercises. Paid subscriptions (Pro) are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Abuse the AI explanation system
• Share account credentials

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, code, and exercise content, is owned by Double Sharp. Music theory concepts themselves are public knowledge — our implementation and presentation are proprietary.

7. Limitation of Liability

Double Sharp is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
